ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER
Construction Talbon, a leader in the construction industry, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. If you have the passion to build and manage projects that influence the future of our urban environment, we want to meet you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the complete life cycle of construction projects, from design to delivery;
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with plans and specifications;
- Monitor work progress and adjust plans as required;
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction;
- Manage the project budget and ensure that costs remain within set limits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field;
- Significant experience in construction project management;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
